Hello everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend, I know I did! Of course, it threw my week off hence me being a day late 🙂 I had a marvelous dinner, with my beautiful sister, celebrating her birthday as well as our late Mother’s birthday. “D” and I got some Wii action going while “A” and Daddy went fishing one day. I went shopping with my bestie and hung out for a bit another day (of course we went crafty craft shopping and sharing what we have been up too!) We had a bbq, water balloon fights, water gun fights, and did some fishing! I finally caught my first big mouth bass in what seems like forever!! My girls (who are 11 yrs apart) took the little bistro table out into the shaded part of the yard and ate their dinner alone together, playing “I spy” and followed up with more water balloon/gun fights. I am so grateful, that with their age difference, they love and play with each other so well. Don’t get me wrong, there are those hormonal teenager moments where she can’t tolerate her little sister, but that’s not very often.
While catching up on some shows with my hubby, I was trying to think of what I wanted to do for my tags. I kept drawing a blank, possibly too much sun, wine, or lack of sleep, hell who knows, maybe all three!! Haha! So, I decided to go with the flow of random thoughts.
The Ranger tags can be a little spendy but I love the thickness of them. You can find shipping tags in bulk, but they are not as thick, or you could use manilla folders and cut them into the shape of tags. It is all in what you prefer to work with and what is in your budget! I decided to show you how to take random scrapbook pages, that are about the same thickness as the Ranger tags, and turn them into backgrounds that you can use later or just leave as they are. You could even do a whole page if you are doing multiple tags.
Enjoy and feel free to like, share and comment! We would love to hear from you! Have a great day!
